Fabiano Cruz is a Brazilian entrepreneur and executive whose path into conversational AI was shaped not by a technology trend, but by a human problem he kept observing in the field: enterprises building digital interactions that were reactive, data-driven, yet blind to the fuller dimensions of human context — emotions, language, geography, life stage.

From Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo, Dublin to Leiria — 20+ years navigating digital transformation, martech and enterprise strategy across regulated markets. Today, from Portugal, he co-leads AENVO: a conversational AI platform designed from the ground up with transparent governance, layered security and the conviction that the most advanced technology must serve the people it was built for.

His academic background spans neuroscience and behaviour, data science, business strategy and advertising — a combination that in 2026 describes exactly the profile needed to build AI that people actually trust and want to use.
